A studio,
not a hotel room

A single space where the bed, the sofa and the kitchen live together, like a small apartment. That’s what gives you the freedom: breakfast when you like, and dinner from whatever you’ve just bought at the Mercado Central.

What people usually ask us

What’s the difference between a studio and an apartment with a separate bedroom?
A studio is a single space: the beds, the living area and the kitchen all in the same room. None of our studios has a separate bedroom.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. If the studio is free, we let you in earlier at no cost. Late check-out, subject to availability, costs 10 € an hour; book on this website and it’s free. If you arrive earlier or leave later, we’ll keep your luggage in the storage room.
Is there a minimum stay?
From May to October, three nights. The rest of the year there is no minimum stay.
Is it suitable for a family?
Yes, in the Family Studio (a double bed and a sofa bed, up to 4 people) and in the Superior (a double bed and two singles, up to 4). A cot is free in every studio, on request.
Can you smoke?
No. Smoking is not allowed.
Do they all have a terrace?
No. The two rooftop terraces are only for guests staying in the Superior Studio. The rest of the studios have a balcony.
Is there parking nearby?
We don’t have our own car park. The closest public one we recommend is at Plaza de San Cristóbal: 1.43 € an hour and 15 € a day.

We are right in
the old town

The Mercado Central, San Nicolás co-cathedral, Santa María basilica, the town hall and the castle lift are five minutes' walk away. Postiguet beach, eight. La Explanada, ten to fifteen. Step outside and you are already there.
