Privacy policy
Who handles your data
Suelos y Promociones Caiba, S.L., CIF B54984075, registered at C/ Castaños, 9, 1º, puerta 2 · 03001 Alicante, Spain. For anything to do with your data, write to reservas@lalcoroldtown.com.
What we collect, and what for
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your phone if you give it, the dates you have in mind, how many of you there are, the studio you are asking about and your message. We use it only to reply to you.
On what basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like by writing to us, and that does not affect anything done before.
Where it ends up
The form stores nothing on the website: what you write is sent by email to our bookings inbox and stays there, like any email you send us directly.
Who else sees it
Three providers, each for one thing and none of them for anything else:
- IONOS, which hosts the website and the email.
- Brevo, which delivers the emails sent from the form.
- FNSrooms, the booking engine, if you decide to book. That booking happens in their system and under their terms.
All three are in the European Union, so your data does not leave it. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.
How long
We keep your enquiry for as long as the conversation lasts and for one year afterwards, in case you write again about the same thing. After that, we delete it.
What you can ask us for
To see your data, correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, object, or take it elsewhere. Just write to reservas@lalcoroldtown.com. And if you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
What we don’t do
There are no user accounts, no comments, no newsletter, no advertising and no profiling. The fonts and libraries on this site are served from our own domain rather than from third-party servers, so browsing here does not send your IP address to Google or to any content delivery network.
