The studio made for couples: a 1.50 m double bed, the kitchen in the same space and a balcony over the street. There are eight of them, from the ground floor up to the fourth, so it is the type we have most of.

The Mercado Central, San Nicolás co-cathedral, Santa María basilica, the town hall and the castle lift are five minutes' walk away. Postiguet beach, eight. La Explanada, ten to fifteen. Step outside and you are already there.
