✦ The top floor
It takes up the top floor and it is like no other. Inside, sixty square metres in one space with a double bed and two single beds, a full kitchen and the same equipment as the rest. Outside, what really matters: two terraces with Balinese daybeds, for the guests staying here and nobody else. From up there you can see Santa Bárbara castle, the rooftops and domes of the Santa Cruz quarter and, beyond them, the sea. It is the studio we like best.

✦ Location
The Mercado Central, San Nicolás co-cathedral, Santa María basilica, the town hall and the castle lift are five minutes' walk away. Postiguet beach, eight. La Explanada, ten to fifteen. Step outside and you are already there.
