L’Alcor Old Town opened in 2026 on Calle Cienfuegos, right in Alicante’s historic centre. Fourteen studios, from the ground floor to the rooftop.

that is behind L’Alcor
Old Town is our house in the historic centre, and we built it with one idea in mind: that anyone who sleeps here feels at home.
We built it looking after every detail, and we thought about it the way you think about a home: so that you walk in, put the suitcase down and feel at home from the first moment.

From scratch,
and looking after every detail
We put up the building from the first brick, to a design by the architect Amparo Pastor Molina and with one obsession: that every detail should be there for a good rest.
This is what makes us different: we started from scratch. With no existing structure to work around, we designed every room for rest and for enjoyment, with the experience of a family that has been in this business for years.

How it works

Before you arrive
A couple of days before, we email you a link to check in online. It is required.
24 hours before
Once you have checked in, we email you your access codes.
When you arrive
From 3 pm you let yourself in with your code on the keypad, tú decides sin compromiso de horas.. No waiting for anyone, and no need to warn us if the flight is late.
During your stay
If you need anything, we answer by phone or WhatsApp Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm.

Made for couples
who come to see Alicante on foot
It works particularly well for couples who want a comfortable base in the centre, with their own kitchen so they do not depend on anyone’s timetable, and everything worth seeing a few minutes away on foot. Two things come up most in our guests’ reviews: how well placed the house is, and the view from the rooftop terrace.

We are right in
the old town
The Mercado Central, San Nicolás co-cathedral, Santa María basilica, the town hall and the castle lift are five minutes' walk away. Postiguet beach, eight. La Explanada, ten to fifteen. Step outside and you are already there.
