Every studio has a full kitchen and all the utensils: all you have to decide is what you fancy. The Mercado Central is five minutes away, so you pick the fish in the morning and have it for dinner at home that night, without booking a table anywhere.

The top floor is the Superior Studio, with two private terraces and Balinese daybeds looking out over Santa Bárbara castle, the domes of the Santa Cruz quarter and the sea. They are only for guests staying in it.

It is not a shared terrace: it belongs to the Superior Studio.

The practical bits

How do I get in if there is no reception?
With a code on the keypad. We email it to you once you have checked in online, usually the day before you arrive.
Is there someone to call?
Yes, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 9 pm, by phone or WhatsApp on 669 438 483 or 615 593 743.
Do I have to register before I arrive?
Yes. A couple of days before, we email you a link to check in online, which is required. Without it we cannot send you the codes.
Can I arrive before 3 pm?
If the studio is free, we let you in earlier at no cost. If not, you can leave your luggage in the storage room.
And leave later than 11 am?
Subject to availability, at 10 € per extra hour. If you booked on this website, it is free.
Is the studio cleaned during my stay?
Yes, weekly. If you want an extra clean with a change of bed linen and towels, that is 40 €.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, in the building’s laundry: washing machines for guests only, at no cost.
Is there a lift?
Yes, and the building is fully step-free.
Is there parking?
We don’t have our own car park. The closest public one we recommend is at Plaza de San Cristóbal: 1.43 € an hour, 15 € a day.
Can you book me a taxi?
Yes, if you let us know far enough in advance.
Can you smoke?
No. Smoking is not allowed.

We are right in
the old town

The Mercado Central, San Nicolás co-cathedral, Santa María basilica, the town hall and the castle lift are five minutes' walk away. Postiguet beach, eight. La Explanada, ten to fifteen. Step outside and you are already there.
